Senior Development Director, LandsecU+IWith over 15 years’ experience in real estate investment, development and asset management, Laura joined Landsec U+I as Senior Development Director for LandsecU+I in early 2023. She has a wealth of experience and success in building city centre places that shape what is meant by true urban regeneration and is well versed in working within public-private partnerships.
Following an international career across Asia and Europe, she relocated to the UK to take up a role as Head of Development for Bruntwood Scitech – a 50:50 Joint Venture with Bruntwood, and Legal and General Capital. Bruntwood Scitech is the UK’s leading commercial property provider dedicated to driving the growth of the science and technology sector. Laura was responsible for development across Bruntwood Scitech’s major investments such as Circle Square and ID Manchester JV Ltd – a joint venture with the University of Manchester, a significant £1.5bn investment in the heart of the city.
Laura has held a variety of international Executive Leadership roles across international trade, real estate and service industries, is driven to deliver truly sustainable urban regeneration. Laura is hugely passionate about Greater Manchester. Throughout her career, whether based overseas or in Manchester, she has endeavoured to contribute to her home region’s success wherever possible, and is driven by the opportunity to further collaborate across sectors and industries to deliver on Greater Manchester’s aims for a greener, fairer and more prosperous city-region.
