The Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership (GMLEP) and The Growth Company are hosting another webinar on September 15th at 1.30pm.
This is the fourth in a series about the city-region’s Build Back Better principles and business recovery, providing practical advice on navigating the challenges presented by COVID-19.
As GMCA launches the Greater Manchester Living with COVID Resilience Plan, this latest Build Back Better webinar brings together leaders from across the city-region to discuss the action points which will support the business community.
The one hour session will include targeted support for sectors most impacted by C19, such as hospitality and retail, and growing sectors requiring investment to scale, expansion of secure work, pay and employment standards via the GM Good Employment Charter and the continuation of the SafeGM campaign to reassure people about returning to work.
The panellists are Greater Local Enterprise Partnership Co-Chair Lou Cordwell OBE, Leader of Stockport Council and GMCA Economy Lead, Cllr Elise Wilson, Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham and Growth Company Chief Executive Mark Hughes.
The Build Back Better Webinar will be hosted by John Quinton-Barber
If you’re a business that shares our ambition, please get in touch with your thoughts and ask our panel a question . You can submit a question when you register for the webinar.
